Not a wedding?

The photo album and the website work just as well for birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, engagement parties and family get-togethers. Same prices. Just tell us about your event.

Good to know

Do our guests need to download an app?

No. The QR code opens a normal web page. Guests choose photos from their phone and they upload. Nobody has to make an account. They can add their name if they'd like you to know who took what.

How long does it take to make our website?

Usually a few days once we have your details: names, date, venue, timings and anything you'd like to say. We'll send you a preview link to check before anything goes to your guests.

Can we change things after it's live?

Yes. Timings move and hotels fill up. Send us what's changed and we'll update it, as often as you need, up to the big day.

Who can see our website and photos?

Your site isn't listed on search engines. Only people with the link can find it. RSVPs are only visible to you on your own private page, which you sign into with a link sent to your email. You can also keep the photo album private, so guests can upload but only you can see the photos.

What quality are the photos?

Photos are saved at up to 2560 pixels on the long side, sharp enough for prints and photo books. They're resized on the guest's phone before they're sent, which makes uploads quick even on patchy venue Wi-Fi.

How do we get the photos at the end?

From your private page, tap "Download all" and every photo is saved to your computer in one file. You can also save single photos or hide any you'd rather not keep in the album.

Can guests RSVP for their whole family?

Yes. One reply can include several names, a plus-one if you allow them, any dietary needs and allergies, and a song for the dance floor. You can also add an invite code if you'd like only invited guests to reply.

Where are you based?

In Easingwold, North Yorkshire. Everything works online, so we can make your site wherever you're getting married in the UK. If you're around York we're also happy to meet for a coffee once you've been in touch.

How do we pay?

Half when we start, half when your site goes live and you're happy with it. Bank transfer is easiest. There are no ongoing fees.
